Gary Horsfall

Principal

Gary is a former RSM and Crowe consultant and who has also held multiple roles in a wide cross section of industrial and consumer products companies. While working in industry, he has had P&L responsibility for a number of manufacturing companies, and in others, he has alternately led finance, IT, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, sales and marketing and product development functional groups. From upon this hands-on, practical experience, he understands business and functional area objectives, needs, concerns, metrics and motivations and, can speak and translate that experience into terminology and taxonomies that resonate with individual and functional stakeholder groups.
